How do they work?

In these systems, water is passed through an ambient air stream, allowing heat exchange to occur through evaporation. As the air interacts with the water, energy is transferred from the water to the air.
The evaporation process requires energy to absorb moisture from the water, which is extracted from the water’s heat. As a result, the water cools down as it flows through the air stream.
