Deep and multi-layered, it can be challenging to clean ACC’s finned surfaces. Whilst traditional methods such as high-pressure water can remove surface-level fouling, it’s not as effective for reaching deep into the finned banks.

ACC Hybrid Deep Cleaning
Our hybrid cleaning process is made up of two stages for increased effectiveness and streamlined execution, ensuring minimal plant downtime.
Chemical Pre-Treatment:
A specially formulated chemical solution is applied to the non-fan side of the ACC. Penetrating deep into the finned tube banks via gravity, this solution is designed to lift and break down airborne fouling by reaching difficult-to-access areas behind and within the fin structure.
High-Pressure Cleaning:
Following the chemical dwell period, each targeted surface is cleaned using high-pressure water, delivered via a custom-designed nozzle boom. This system is mounted to existing ACC ladder infrastructure and designed for consistent, controlled pressure distribution. It’s capable of cleaning from outside to inside, improving penetration and effectiveness.
This process ensures a more thorough clean than high-pressure washing alone – without the risk of coil damage or inefficiency.
If no existing cleaning ladders are installed, or existing cleaning systems are in place, we can also manually clean the tube bundles with hand lances or use installed cleaning systems.

Drive Shaft Services:
Fan Shaft Inspection and Replacement:
Monitoring for misalignment, vibration or fatigue in drive shafts. Full shaft replacement where needed, including alignment and balancing.
Safety and Compliance:
All mechanical work is delivered with detailed Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), in compliance with international safety standards and local regulations. Our teams are trained and certified for high-risk maintenance environments, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
